Palermo & Monreale – Full day

EXCURSION

Once on the bus, a specialized guide will tell us the story of the origins of our beloved island,
Sicily, to discover the capital, Palermo .
A city marked by the Mafia, but currently a welcoming and multicultural city, fancy and kindly, truly rich in art and culture.
During the guided tour, we will stroll through the streets of the historical center, we will see the Cathedral and we will experience the local traditional market atmosphere, surrounded by its perfumes and noises. Exactly at the market it is planned a tasting of some typical Palermo’s finger specialties.
After free time for lunch (not included), we will move to Monreale to visit the Duomo and its several Byzantine mosaics..
