Guided tour starts from the archaeological park of Agrigento. The most attractive location is the Valle dei Templi, , emblem of the city, and since 1997 has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage. It is one of the world’s biggest archaeological park, around 1300 hectares; in this area there are the remains of of twelve Doric temples, three sanctuaries and many Necropolis , in a such wonderful and excellent state of preservation. Concordia’s Temple, dated to 430 b.C., is the most impressive one.
Then we move to a restaurant where is planned a typical Sicilian products tasting. Just after the happy hour, is offered an outstanding route on bus around the enlightened Valle dei Templiin a stunning atmosphere which takes us back in time.
Recommended clothing: walking shoes, hat and water.
